Account recovery
Tell staff your Vector username and what is preventing you from signing in. Never share your password, recovery codes or authentication tokens.
Plans and access
Include the product name and explain whether you need new access, have a payment question or cannot see an existing purchase.
Product support
Include the product version, your Windows version and a brief description of what happened. Remove private information from screenshots before sharing them.
